Abstract(J) | 微細穿孔吸音体は数mm以下の微細な細孔と背後空気層からなる吸音材料であり、広い周波数領域で優れた吸音性能を示す。その一方で製造性とそのコストが実用上の課題である。本研究では吸音特性と樹脂成形性を考慮した微細穿孔吸音体の設計方法を提案する。また、得られた吸音体のロードノイズに対する有効性を検証する。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | A micro-perforated absorber is a sound-absorbing material consisting of fine pores (less than several millimeters in diameter) and an air layer behind the pores. It shows good sound absorption performance in a wide frequency range. On the other hand, its manufacturability and cost are still practical issues. In this study, we propose a design method for a micro-perforated absorber that considers both sound absorption characteristics and plastic manufacturability. Finally, the effectiveness of the obtained sound-absorbing material against road noise will be verified. |
