Abstract(J) | トランスミッションVRSに予測用エンジンモデルを組み合わせ、開発初期のねじり系NVの検証能力を向上させた。これにより、問題の早期発見、予測との直接的な比較検証、エンジン開発との連携強化が可能となった。そして、燃費向上とねじり系NV改善を効率的に両立するための開発プロセスを構築した。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | This presentation deals with enhanced development process in order to achieve enhancement both fuel economy and torsional NV. Torsional NV verification performance of transmission VRS has been improved in early developing stage by means of embedding predictive ICE model which is identical to powertrain system prediction. Early detection of issues, easy comparison with prediction, and further cooperation with ICE development has been allowed. That contributes to efficient development due to consideration of trade-off between fuel efficiency of ICE and torsional NV. |
