| Abstract(J) | エンジンの冷却損失低減技術として、ピストン燃焼室面への遮熱膜の適用を検討している。適用に当たっては信頼性等の制約の中で、熱効率改善効果をより高められる適用箇所を検討する必要がある。そこで3次元CFDを活用し、種々の燃焼形態における、ピストン上の場所ごとの熱流束の時系列挙動や冷却損失への寄与を分析した。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | As a technology to reduce the heat loss of engines, the application of heat insulation coating to the piston surface is studied. In order to apply this technology, it is necessary to clarify the location where heat insulation coating is more effective considering the constraints of reliability. Therefore, the impact on the heat loss considering the transient heat flux distribution on the piston in various combustion modes is analyzed by using 3D CFD. |
