| Abstract(J) | エンジンのオイル消費低減は環境負荷改善に重要である。今回、そのオイル消費低減を図るため、2ピースオイルリングのレール間に流入したオイルを窓穴から排出しやすい新断面形状を開発した。本報ではCFD解析とDOEを用いた設計手法、可視化・実機評価による実証実験結果、新形状の効果について報告する。 Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Reducing the oil consumption is desired for the environmental impact. In order to reduce the oil consumption, we developed a new cross-sectional shape of 2-piece oil control ring which accelerate the oil flow to behind the ring through the oil drain slots. In this paper, we discuss the design method and the reducing effect of oil consumption by new cross-sectional 2-piece oil control ring used CFD analysis related DOE and used the visualization and the evaluation of experiment. |
