Abstract(J) | アレニウスで温度と湿度を同時に扱える新たな改良アレニウスモデルを考案した.このモデルを用いてPA66の温度湿度劣化寿命を予測した結果,予測精度は向上した.また19.2年経過したPA66を市場回収し劣化解析をした結果からもこの改良アレニウスモデルによる寿命予測と一致した.これより,この予測手法は有効であると提案する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | We devised a new improved Arrhenius model that can handle temperature and humidity at the same time with Arrhenius. As a result of predicting the temperature / humidity deterioration life of PA66 using this model, the prediction accuracy was improved. In addition, the results of market recovery of PA66 19.2 years old and deterioration analysis also agreed with the life prediction by this improved Arrhenius model. From this, we propose that this prediction method is effective. |
