Abstract(J) | 自動車の防錆品質は,お客様の安全・安心に直結し重要である.世界の様々な環境でも腐食させないため,塗装に代表される腐食対策が施される.この塗装部の防錆機能を定量評価する技術を開発した.本開発技術を活用することで,防錆品質を閾値で定量管理できることに加え,品質異常の予兆を発見できる. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The rust prevention quality in vehicles is extremely important for the safety and security of customers. Countermeasures such as painting are taken to prevent corrosion in various environments around the world. An accelerated evaluation technique for corrosion resistance that realizes rust prevention countermeasures with high efficiency were developed. By utilizing this developed technology, in addition to being able to quantitatively control the rust prevention quality with a threshold value, it was possible to detect signs of quality abnormalities. |
