Abstract(J) | 塑性流動結合において,鉄鋼とアルミニウム合金で結合を行った.結合に伴い,最大の結合強度が得られるよう最適な結合条件を検討した.そして断面観察を行い,材料の流動状態,結合メカニズムを解明した.流動部付近の硬さ試験によって材料の加工硬化状況の詳細な観察を行い,結合強度評価式を提案した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In plastic flow joining, steel and aluminum alloys were joined. The optimum joint conditions were investigated to obtain the maximum joint strength. Cross-sectional observations were made to determine the flow state of the materials and the joining mechanism. The work-hardening condition of the material was observed in detail by hardness test near the flowing part, and the formula for evaluating the joint strength was proposed. |
