Abstract(J) | Al合金展伸材のA5052-H34およびA6061-T4と,ダイカスト用Al合金のADC12用いて同種・異種の摩擦撹拌接合を行い,引張強度を求めた. 接合材の破断は,材料の組み合わせに関わらず硬さの最軟化部で起こった.この結果から,接合材の引張強度は最軟化部の硬さで評価可能であり,最軟化部の硬さと引張強度は相関があることを解明した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The tensile strengths of A5052-H34 and A6061-T4 wrought Al alloys and ADC12 Al die casting alloy were determined by friction stir welding of similar and dissimilar. Fracture of the joint material occurred at the softest point of hardness regardless of the material combination. These results indicate that the tensile strength of the joint material can be evaluated by the hardness of the softest part, and that there is a correlation between the hardness of the softest part and the tensile strength. |
