Abstract(J) | 軽量車体構造を想定し、同種、異種の各板組みにおける低コスト点接合技術の開発を進めている。本報では摩擦攪拌点接合の車体骨格部材への適用性を明らかにするため、抵抗スポット溶接での接合が難しいアルミダイカスト材を含む板組みを中心に、接合強度に及ぼすツール形状や接合条件の影響を実験検討した結果を示す。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Assuming a lightweight vehicle body structure, we are developing low-cost point joining technology for the same material and different material assembly. In this report, in order to clarify the applicability of friction stir spot welding to vehicle body frame, mainly focused on the assembly containing aluminum die-cast that is difficult to join by resistance spot welding, the results of experimental research on the effects of tool shape and joining conditions on joining strength are introduced. |
