Abstract(J) | 射出成形により成形された高繊維含有率を有するガラス繊維強化樹脂ボルトに対して,成形条件による繊維長,繊維配向などの内部構造の変化を断面写真より観察し,静的強度試験及び長期特性評価の結果と比較して力学的特性の支配要因を明らかにすることで,FRPボルトの力学的特性向上に向けた最適な成形条件を検討した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The effect of molding conditions on the fiber length and orientation of glass fiber reinforced bolt molded by injection molding was investigated by cross sectional observation. In addition, static tensile tests and long-term characterization were conducted, the dominant factors of mechanical properties of high Vf injection molded products was investigated. |
