| Abstract(J) | 薄肉化した炭素繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチック(CFRTP)を連続で成形することで，長さ方向の寸法を自由に決められることと容易な運搬を可能にする．よって，本研究では，一方向繊維強化薄肉CFRTPを連続的に成形する方法を検討した．また，成形条件および力学的特性の関係から連続成形機の設計をおこなった． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | If a thin plate of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics (CFRTP) is continuously molded, its length can be decided arbitrarily and it can be carried easily. In this study, molding technique for unidirectional thin CFRTP was developed, and the continuous molding machine was designed while considering the molding condition, impregnation state and the mechanical properties. |
