Abstract(J) | 成形条件の異なるCFRTP製射出成形品の引張試験を行い,強度が射出速度に影響されることを確認した。破面観察をした結果,ボイドおよび繊維量が欠乏している領域を発見した.これらの領域の面積率は,射出速度が遅くなるほど小さくなり,強度が向上した。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | Tensile tests were conducted on CFRTP injection-molded products with different molding conditions, and it was found that the strength was affected by the injection speed. As a result of fracture surface observation, void and fiber deficient regions were found. The area ratio of these regions became smaller as the injection speed decreased, and the strength increased. |
