Abstract(E) | We present a HV converter capable to replace all galvanic connected functions. It provides DC boosting, bidirectional AC charging, traction inverter and external power supply for electrical consumers. The converter uses SiC full bridges built up on a low-inductance power stage. The converter operates with switching frequencies of up to 500kHz to dynamically control the output capacitor as generic voltage source for bidirectional energy flow. It boosts or bucks the vehicles battery voltage with true sinusoidal output voltage to machine. The control of the system is performed by latest control software. |
