Abstract(J) | ギヤ撹拌を用いた機械構造物では,オイルを意図通りに飛散・循環させる設計が求められる.CFDによる動的オイル挙動予測手法はあるが,その検証は困難である.本研究ではトランスアクスルを題材に,医療用X線CTを用いた動的オイル挙動の3次元可視化に成功し,効率的な潤滑設計技術が確立できたため報告する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In a mechanical structure using gear agitation, a design that supplies oil to the desired location is required. We have the method to predict dynamic oil behavior by CFD, but it is difficult to confirm the accuracy of the method. In this study, by transaxle as a subject, we have succeeded in visualizing dynamic oil behavior in 3D using medical X-ray CT and established efficient design technology. |
