Abstract(J)今回我々は新しい第6世代プラグインハイブリッドシステムを開発し,SiC-MOSFETの採用やモーターコントール用の基板チップセットの1MCU化など,小型化と,低コスト化,低損失化を両立したPCUを開発した.従来のモデルは補器電力生成用のDCDCコンバーターやAC電源からの充電器が個別に配置されていた.今回採用した技術により従来のモデルに比べ,出力を向上させたうえで小型化を実現し,DCDCコンバーターを一体化し,MG1とMG2モーターと一体化したe-Axle形態を実現している.e-Axle化したことにより低背化を実現し,従来別配置であったAC充電器を直上に搭載.結果として車両としてのシステム出力は12%向上し,高さを15%減,重さを18%低減出来ている.また,SiC-MOSFETの採用により,小型化だけでなくPCUの損失を低減することで,車両燃費約4%改善できている.

Abstract(E)To achieve carbon neutrality, it is essential to develop vehicles with diverse powertrains tailored to the needs of customers in each region. At TOYOTA, we refer to this approach as the 'Multi-path way approach.' In this paper, we introduced that we have developed a new power control unit built into the e-Axle for the 6th generation plug-in hybrid system. Additionally, for the first time, we have applied SiC semiconductors to the power control unit in the Toyota Hybrid System (THS), and we will introduce the purpose and benefits of this application.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
