Abstract(J)アルミ電解コンデンサの電気・熱マルチドメインモデルについて検討を行ってきた.低温下での電気的特性モデルの有効性を昇圧チョッパを題材に,シミュレーションと実機評価を行いある程度の成果を得ている.今回,さらにアルミ電解コンデンサの寿命劣化によるインピーダンスへの影響を加味する検討を行ったので,これについて報告する.

Abstract(E)We have been studying a multi-domain electrical and thermal model for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Using a boost chopper as an example, we have evaluated the validity of the electrical characteristics model at low temperatures through simulations and actual measurements, achieving a certain level of results. In this work, we further examined the impact of lifetime degradation of aluminum electrolytic capacitors on impedance, and we report on these findings.

How to use the search filters

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
