| Abstract(J) | 車両設計にてデジタルツイン技術が広く使われる中,衝撃性能の予測精度向上は重要課題の一つである.樹脂部品は意匠性が高いが複雑形状による剛性の不均一性や樹脂特有の非線形なひずみ挙動の影響で衝撃性能の予測が困難である.本報は実部品の衝撃性能と試験片で評価した材料特性の相関性を検証し見出した因子を報告する. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | As digital twin technology is increasingly utilized in automotive design, the prediction of impact resistance has become one of the most important issues. While polymer components enable the realization of diverse designs, the prediction of their impact resistance is significantly complicated due to inhomogeneous stiffness and the nonlinear stress-strain behavior. In this study, we investigate the correlation between the impact resistance of actual components and the material properties evaluated using flat plate specimens, and report the factors effects impact resistance. |
