| Abstract(J) | 近年,自動車の電動化・低床化が求められ床下部品の路面干渉解析ニーズが高まっている.短時間の衝突現象は非線形FEM解析が広く用いられるが,車両挙動を伴いながら路面干渉する現象には実用上の課題がある.機構解析と干渉部品のみ大変形を考慮した解析を組み合わせ干渉荷重を精度良く短時間で予測する手法を報告する. Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In recent years, vehicle electrification and low-floor design requirements have increased the need for analyzing road surface interference with underbody components. While nonlinear finite element analysis is widely used for short-duration impact phenomena, practical challenges remain when interference occurs in conjunction with vehicle dynamics. This study presents a hybrid approach that combines multibody dynamics analysis with localized nonlinear deformation modeling applied only to interfering components. The proposed method enables accurate and efficient prediction of interference loads within significantly reduced computational time. |
