| Abstract(E) | To support the establishment of vehicle durability targets using data from a large fleet, an AI-based virtual sensor was developed to enable the creation of a replica vehicle. An Edge Device was implemented to provide an onboard development environment, built on the ROS framework, enabling machine learning model development using CAN RAW data and measurement data. These models facilitated the estimation of suspension transfer loads. Furthermore, a cloud-based development environment was constructed to support scalable data acquisition, model training, and load prediction, contributing to reliable and data-driven durability evaluation. |
