| Abstract(J) | 近年，車載電子部品においても通信の高速伝送化によって様々なシールド筐体を有するコネクタが使われている．そのなかで亜鉛ダイカスト製シールド筐体上のSnめっきから熱応力ストレスによってウィスカが発生することが知られている．本報告ではこれらについて実験を行いその結果から予測されるウィスカを抑制するめっきの仕様について報告する． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In recent years, the shift to higher-speed communication has led to the adoption of connectors with various shield housings in automotive electronic components. Tin plating on zinc die-cast shield housings is known to produce whiskers driven by thermal stress. In this report, we present experimental results and, based on those findings, propose plating specifications predicted to suppress whisker formation. |
