| Abstract(E) | This study proposes a methodology for developing durability test profiles for a 2-stage motor system inverter based on real-world customer usage. A C-segment electric crossover vehicle was used as a reference to generate simulation scenarios, and a multi-physical vehicle model was applied to reproduce operating conditions. The generated scenarios were applied to a target vehicle to calculate inverter thermal loads, and an optimization approach was used to derive durability test profiles. The proposed method reproduced customer usage within a 5% error margin and established durability test profiles applicable to component-level inverter durability testing. |
