| Abstract(J) | モーターNV性能開発のリーン化に向け試作レスに取り組むが，積層コアおよび樹脂固定材を有するMG固定子構造の振動特性予測精度に課題があった．本研究では単純試験片を用いて積層コアの変形に着目した実験的検証を実施した．その結果，振動特性・形状影響を把握し，モデル反映により振動特性予測の高精度化を実現した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | To achieve lean development of motor NV performance, prototype-free approaches are being pursued; however, the prediction accuracy of vibration characteristics for MG stator structures with laminated cores and resin fixation materials remains a challenge. In this study, experimental verification using simplified test specimens was conducted, focusing on the deformation behavior of laminated cores. As a result, vibration characteristics and shape effects were clarified, and high-accuracy prediction of vibration characteristics was achieved by incorporating these findings into the model. |
