Translation |
| Abstract(E) | Driving behavior during sudden visual field changes and the effectiveness of the Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) were analyzed through driving simulator experiments. In a scenario assuming lane changes and stopping while a vehicle was approaching from behind, drivers with higher anxiety tendencies tended to require more time to stop, and the results suggested that auditory warnings may be more effective than visual warning lights for the BSM. |
