Abstract(J) | 舶用燃料油の着火性を評価するためにOCAセタン価の構築を目的とした.光学的燃焼可視化装置(OCA)を用いて標準燃料の着火遅れを測定し,OCAセタン価と定義した評価指標を作成した.標準燃料とA重油の着火過程の可視化も行った結果,高温条件下では液相周囲,低温条件下では液相より下流の蒸気相で着火する傾向にあった.このことから,低温条件下では燃料油の着火性をOCAセタン価で評価可能であることが示唆された. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The evaluation index defined as OCA cetane number was produced for evaluation of ignitability of marine fuel oils. Calibration curves of the ignition delay of standard fuels were acquired using Optical Combustion Analyzer (OCA) and OCA cetane number of LSA and gas oil was estimated. The fuel spray and ignition location were visualized using a high- speed camera. It is known that the ignition occurs around the vapor phase under low-temperature conditions. Under these conditions, the chemical fuel properties have a greater impact on the ignitability than the physical fuel properties. Therefore, ignitability of LSA and gas oil can be estimated by OCA cetane number. |
