| Abstract(J) | DLCコーティングによるクランクジャーナルと主軸受間の耐焼付き性向上に取り組んだ結果，DLCジャーナルは，鋼ジャーナルと比べ高い耐焼付き性を示した．AE解析にて鋼ジャーナルで認められた凝着由来のピークがDLCジャーナルでは認められず，鋼ジャーナルで観察された軸受構成元素の移着がDLCジャーナルでは観察されないことから，それらの元素と低親和性を示すDLCの特性が焼付き抑制に寄与したと考えられる． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In order to improve the seizure resistance between the crank journal and the sliding bearing, DLC (Diamond-like carbon) coating was applied to the crank journal and the seizure resistance was compared with that of the steel journal, resulting in a clear improvement in seizure resistance by DLC. From the analysis of AE (Acoustic emission) and the surface analysis of the journal and bearing, it was found that the improvement of seizure resistance by DLC coating was due to the suppression of adhesion of aluminum, which constitutes the plain bearing, to the journal. |
