Abstract(J) | 近年強まっているLOC,PN削減要求に対応するため,これらを悪化させる要因について把握することは重要である.そこで本研究ではオイル移送モデルの構築・バリデーションを行うため,リング/ピストン諸元の主要なパラメータを変更してオイル消費,PNに関するデータの取得を行った.負荷とエンジン回転数をMap状に変化させた定常試験と,負荷や回転数を非定常に変化させた時の過渡試験を行った. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In order to reduce the lubricant oil consumption (LOC) and Particle number (PN) from IC engines, it is important to understand the factors that make them worse and also to develop models that can predict LOC and PN. Steady-state tests in which the load and engine speed were changed in a map pattern and transient tests in which the load and engine speed were changed were conducted in this study. The authors measured LOC and PN with varying piston and rings specifications. As a result, with a large clearance of side rail, LOC and PN increased in the high speed and low load region compared to other specifications. In the high LOC region, PN was also large and a correlation between the two was observed. In the acceleration / deceleration pattern, a sudden increase of LOC was observed. In the constant with varying loads speed pattern, LOC increased rapidly after the acceleration. |
