| Abstract(J) | ディーゼル機関の熱効率向上を目的に，急峻な逆デルタ噴射を実現する3本型TAIZACを市販G4Pインジェクタを組み合わせて開発し，これを単気筒ディーゼル機関に適用した．レール圧200MPaでの急峻な逆デルタ噴射により，従来矩形噴射と比較して排気性能を悪化させずに図示熱効率を1.5pt向上した．噴射終了後のEntrainment Waveの活用を狙ったM字型噴射についても，排気性能と熱効率を調査した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | In order to improve the thermal efficiency of diesel engines, 3-injectors TAIZAC (TAndem Injectors Zapping ACtivation) injector which enables aggressive inversed-delta injection rate shaping was developed utilizing commercially available G4P injectors and was applied to single-cylinder diesel engine performance tests. The aggressive inversed-delta injection case with 200MPa common rail pressure demonstrated 1.5pt improvement of indicated thermal efficiency without notable deteriorations in emissions compared to the conventional rectangle injection case. The potential of M-letter injection rate shaping targeting utilization of the entrainment wave effects after the end of injection was also investigated. |
