Abstract(J) | ピストンの摩擦損失低減のためスカート部へのパターンコーティングが実施されているが,パターン形状がスカート部の潤滑状態にどのように影響するかは不明な点が多い.本報ではスカート部の潤滑状態を可視化し,種々のパターン形状と油膜分布の関係を解析した.さらに油膜分布の摩擦力に対する影響についても考察した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | The pattern-coating is applied to the piston for the friction loss reduction. There are many unclear points about how the coating pattern affects the lubrication conditions of the skirt. In this report, the oil film distributions on the piston skirt were visualized with various pattern types. The relationship between the pattern types and the oil film distribution on the skirt was analyzed. The skirt friction loss of various pattern-coating types was simulated. It was found that not all of the concave area of coating patterns were filled with oil, and that the oil accumulated in the concave patterns greatly affected the skirt friction loss. |
