Abstract(J) | 天然ガスの予混合燃焼を採る中速内燃機関では副室式ガスエンジンが常用されるが,副室噴孔諸元がトーチ火炎の噴出挙動や主室内燃焼に与える影響を実機の可視化計測に基づいて考察した例は少ない.本研究では,実機と同等の尺度を有し,主室周壁まで可視化可能な定容燃焼器に,副室と主室の燃料濃度を独立して制御できる供給システムを装着し,副室の噴孔諸元がトーチ火炎の噴出挙動と主室内燃焼に与える影響を詳細に検討した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Lean-burn premixed combustion is adopted to medium-speed gas engines where a pre-chamber (PC) is installed in the center of a main chamber (MC). The effect of PC specifications has been mainly examined on an engine performance basis, but the cause of the performance change is yet to be clarified by visualizing the torch flame behavior in the MC. In the study, a constant-volume combustion chamber (CVCC) was prepared to reproduce a PC and a MC of a medium-speed gas engine near top dead center. 10 nozzle tips with various PC specifications were attached on the bottom of the PC and their combustion process in the MC was high-speed photographed. As a result, the correlation between the torch flame ejection and the MC combustion was clarified and its quantification was tried with the torch flame strength. |
