Abstract(J)自動車に給油する際,空気が燃料タンクに巻き込まれている.巻き込まれた空気量が燃料タンクから排出される燃料蒸発ガスの発生量に影響を与えている.本研究では,水を用いた給油模擬実験を行い,水噴流流量,フィラーパイプ内径,燃料タンク内圧が巻き込み空気に与える影響を調べ,巻き込み空気流量を算出する簡易モデルを考案した.また,再循環ラインの要素を考慮したモデルを構築した.

Abstract(E)Air is entrained by the fuel jet at the filler pipe entrance during refueling of cars. A simple 1-Dimensional model of the air entrainment phenomenon was constructed. The modeling results were compared with experiment values for a refueling experiment using water. The effect of water jet flow rate, filler pipe inner diameter and tank pressure on the entrained air flow rate was evaluated for a simulated fuel tank system with and without recirculation line. Results show that entrained air and tank pressure are reduced when a recirculation line is used, independent of the water jet flow rate.
