Abstract(J) | 本研究では,尿素SCRシステムにおける尿素とその中間生成物の分解挙動に水蒸気 が及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,各試料について水蒸気を含む窒素流通下で加熱し,得られた質量減少速度からアレニウスプロットを作成した.その結果,尿素,ビウレット,アンメリド,アンメリンにおいては水蒸気の存在下で反応が促進されること,尿素とビウレットそれぞれの分解過程における主要な中間生成物はシアヌル酸であることが分かった. Translation |
Abstract(E) | In the Urea-SCR System, urea decomposition productsis generated, and there is a problem that urea decomposition products accumulates in the exhaust pipe and on the catalyst. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to understand the decomposition behavior of urea. In this study, the mass reductions of urea and that decomposition product were measured under various water vapor concentrations. As a result, one of reaction of urea on the zeolite was promoted with an increase of the water vapor concentration. It was found that cyanuric acid is probably generated in process of decomposition of urea and biuret. |
