Abstract(J) | 量産工程において軸力管理が可能となるリアルタイム制御締結システムを開発した。既存超音波測定法に対し独自の2ゲート測定方式を採用した。固形式の伝搬媒質と量産同等コストで製造可能な測定用ボルトを用いた締結検証の結果、トルク法と比較し軸力バラツキを1/10以下に抑えることができた。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | We have developed a real-time control fastening system that enables axial force management in the mass production process. Unlike the conventional ultrasonic measurement method, it adopts a unique two-gate measurement method. As a result of conducting a fastening verification using a solid type transmission medium and bolts that can be manufactured at the same cost as mass production, we were able to suppress the axial force fluctuation to less than 1/10 compared to the torque method. |
