Abstract(J) | エンジンの高熱効率化は今後も重要な課題である.熱効率の画期的改善に向けて,冷却損失の半減と有効熱エネルギーを仕事に変換する「サイクル効率」の改善を目指した新たな遮熱構造,新しい熱力学的サイクル,超高筒内圧+高圧縮比化等の有効性を計算や実機試験によって示してきた.それらの考え方と成果の一部を紹介する. Translation |
Abstract(E) | Further increase in thermal efficiency of internal combustion engines should be the essential issue even in the future carbon-neutral society. To drastically improve thermal efficiency of diesel engines, the effectiveness of the new heat insulation structure, the optimized target thermodynamic cycle, the combination of extremely-high peak cylinder pressure tolerance and higher compression ratio, and their integration have been numerically and experimentally investigated as the technologies for aiming halved cooling loss and much increased “cycle efficiency” (conversion efficiency of effective heat in the cylinder to indicated work). This paper presents fundamental concept and achieved results for each technology by New ACE. |
