| Abstract(J) | CO2削減のための車体軽量化としてマルチマテリアル化が急速に進んでおり，中でもCFRPの適用は重要である．本研究では，ウレタン系接着剤を用いたCFRP接合に着目し，疲労試験とひずみ計測や途中止め試験片の観察により，き裂発生～進展挙動を検討した．また，数値解析を用い被着材による疲労強度の差異も考察した． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | The multi-material body structure is rapidly increasing in order to achieve the lightweight vehicle for CO2 reduction. CFRP application is especially important for multi-material structure. In this research, CFRP joints using urethane adhesive is studied. Specifically, fatigue tests were conducted in order to investigate the crack initiation and propagation behavior based on strain data and observation of specimens interrupted during fatigue tests. In addition, FEM analysis was implemented in order to investigate the fatigue strength due to the difference of adherend materials. |
