Abstract(E) | Robert Bosch GmbH has developed, among other innovations, an electro-hydraulic actuator called Smart Actuator, which is specially tailored to the future oil-cooled thermal management systems of electrified vehicles (EV). These include a corresponding flow rate, sensor less measurements and integrated power electronics including direct communication capability with a vehicle control unit. To ensure that we do not miss out on the market, we first analyzed the customers' problems / pain points and derived various use cases and reference heat management systems. In line with these reference systems, we can place the Smart Actuator at the right place to generate added value over the hole electrical vehicle. |
