Scope	このテクニカルペーパは，新たに自動車用に採用する半導体素子の製品（以下，半導体製品という。）を想定し，特に，1) 新規の製造技術を適用した半導体製品，2) マルチリソース（複数の製造拠点，及び，複数の材料仕入先）を適用した半導体製品の品質検証手法を対象とする。また，このテクニカルペーパでは，半導体メーカとその顧客との2者間だけではなく，自動車メーカ／ECUメーカ／半導体メーカの3者間にわたる承認プロセスに関するガイドラインを提供する。（半導体メーカから自動車メーカまでの間のプロセスに関わる全ての関係者を含めて対象とする。）ここで，新規採用承認における品質検証の開始タイミングは自動車メーカ／ECUメーカの個社ごとの開発時期に依存し，加えて，レビューなどの承認プロセス自体は自動車メーカ／ECUメーカの既存の運用に従うことを前提とするため，このガイドラインでは運用フローまで言及しない。ただし，基本的な手続きの進め方としては，対象となる半導体製品に対し，半導体メーカにてこのガイドラインに従った検証エビデンスを準備の上で，ECUメーカが起点となって自動車メーカ／半導体メーカとの新規採用承認のプロセスを進めることを想定している。 Translation

How to use the search box

You can enter up to 5 search conditions. The number of search boxes can be increased or decreased with the "+" and "-" buttons on the right.

If you enter multiple words separated by spaces in one search box, the data that "contains all" of the entered words will be searched (AND search).

Example) X (space) Y → "X and Y (including)"

How to use "AND" and "OR" pull-down

If "AND" is specified, the "contains both" data of the phrase entered in the previous and next search boxes will be searched. If you specify "OR", the data that "contains" any of the words entered in the search boxes before and after is searched.

Example) X AND Y → "X and Y (including)" X OR Z → "X or Z (including)"

If AND and OR searches are mixed, OR search has priority.

Example) X AND Y OR Z → X AND (Y OR Z)

If AND search and multiple OR search are mixed, OR search has priority.

Example) W AND X OR Y OR Z → W AND (X OR Y OR Z)

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
