Scope	このテクニカルペーパは，自動車用の半導体素子の製品（以下，半導体製品という。）の品質確保に向けたマネジメント手法を対象とし，特に次の2 点を主目的としている。 a) 自動車用の半導体製品に求められる品質／信頼性を達成するためのグローバル標準としてAEC-Q100，AEC-Q004，IAFT16949 などが存在するが，日系メーカの過去の知見に基づいた付加的な要件も存在する。このテクニカルペーパでは，日系メーカの共通要件をグローバル標準に付加することによる品質向上などメリット及び考え方を示す。 b) これまでに，JASO-TP 22001 で工程変更（PCN）における品質検証手法について，JASO-TP 24001 で新規部品採用承認（PPAP）における品質検証手法についてのガイドラインを発行し，日系メーカ各社の個別要件を共有事項として標準化を図ってきた。このテクニカルペーパでは，それら日系メーカの個別要件の考え方及び必要性を示す。また，このテクニカルペーパでは，半導体メーカだけでなく，自動車メーカ／ECU メーカも含めたサプライチェーン全体が協力的に品質確保を果たすことも目的にしている。 Translation

Scope

このテクニカルペーパは，自動車用の半導体素子の製品（以下，半導体製品という。）の品質確保に向けたマネジメント手法を対象とし，特に次の2 点を主目的としている。

How to use the search box

You can enter up to 5 search conditions. The number of search boxes can be increased or decreased with the "+" and "-" buttons on the right.

If you enter multiple words separated by spaces in one search box, the data that "contains all" of the entered words will be searched (AND search).

Example) X (space) Y → "X and Y (including)"

How to use "AND" and "OR" pull-down

If "AND" is specified, the "contains both" data of the phrase entered in the previous and next search boxes will be searched. If you specify "OR", the data that "contains" any of the words entered in the search boxes before and after is searched.

Example) X AND Y → "X and Y (including)" X OR Z → "X or Z (including)"

If AND and OR searches are mixed, OR search has priority.

Example) X AND Y OR Z → X AND (Y OR Z)

If AND search and multiple OR search are mixed, OR search has priority.

Example) W AND X OR Y OR Z → W AND (X OR Y OR Z)

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.

Search tips

When searching by author name, enter the first and last name separated by a space, such as "Taro Jidosha".
