| Abstract(E) | FADYS is a complex handling model developed at Mercedes-Benz for off-line simulations. At first the different modules of FADYS and the quality of the simulation results are described. Then it is reported how the model is applied to real-time hardware-in-the-loop environment for the development of the ESP-controller. One important boundary condition is the portability of the hardware. The shown features of FADYS display that such an approach gives the unique opportunity to handle off-line and real-time handling simulations with only one model. Thereby the resources to create the input data ad to take care of the model can be saved. |
