Abstract(E) | In this paper, Smart Parking Assist System (SPAS) using ultra-sonic sensor is described. The algorithm of SPAS and advantages of newly developed algorithm are introduced. The SPAS algorithm consists of three parts which are parking space recognition, vehicle position estimator and trajectory control algorithm. This algorithm has been implemented in a test vehicle using ECU and proved under several parallel parking scenarios. The results show the superiority of its own SPAS’s performance. |
