Abstract(J)アーク溶接は四輪車、二輪車のフレームに多く使用される接合技術である。適切な溶接を行うための条件設定は、継手形状、材質、板厚、電流/電圧や溶接速度などの組合わせを考慮して過去の経験から導いており、ベテランの作業者であっても、現状はまだ現物による試作の繰り返しに頼っている部分が大きい。そこで、実物が無い構造検討の段階で最適な溶接条件を検討できるように、3D-CADの継手形状から適切な溶接条件を導く技術を開発した。本取組みではテストピースにおける溶接実験の結果より導いた式(実験式)と逐次二次計画法を組合わせ、溶接条件と溶接品質の評価マップを導出できるように工夫した。ただ、実験式は継手形状の種類ごとに異なる上、分類がわかりづらい継手も存在する。そこで、手間なくかつ人による分類の違いが出ないように、3D CADの製品形状からAIにより自動で継手を分類し、それぞれの種類にあった実験式を選択するようにした。

Abstract(E)Arc welding is a kind of joining technique that often utilized for frames of automobiles and motorcycles. The welding conditions for appropriate welding are determined from experience, considering the types of joint in welding,material of objects, plate thickness, current, voltage, and welding speed. Consequently, it takes a lot of time and cost to confirm by actual prototypes. Therefore, we developed a method to derive appropriate welding conditions from the joint shape of 3D-CAD using artificial intelligence(AI). In this development, welding conditions and evaluation maps were derived by combining an empirical formula obtained from welding experiments with sequential quadratic programming. However, the empirical formula differs depending on the type of joint. Furthermore, some joints are difficult to classify. To pass solve the problem, joint shapes of 3D-CAD are classified by AI, and an appropriate empirical formula for each joint is selected.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
