Abstract(J) | 本稿では、車両要件に合わせた出力仕様や形状の検討に始まり、モータ、インバータ、トランスアクスルの各コンポーネントの設計改善、総合性能評価に至る一連のe-Axle開発内容について述べる。 独自の構成で低背化を図り優れた車両搭載性の実現、ユニット全体の高出力密度化がもたらす電費改善効果も交えて紹介する。 Translation |
Abstract(E) | In this article, we will explain a series of development contents of e-Axle. Contents are included study of output specifications and shape to vehicle requirements, design improvement of each component which motor, inverter, transaxle, and evaluation of total performance. Also we would like to introduce a realization of the superior on-vehicle mounting property by reducing the height based on original structure, and improvement of power consumption by increasing power-density. |
