Abstract(E) | The suppression of air-conditioning energy is the key to the improvement of range performance of EV. In order to handle the complex transient two-phase flow cycle, ECU control and vehicle performance, 1D simulation is the best way to deal with multi-physics phenomena. However geometrical related phenomena like air flow distribution on condenser, and cabin air flow can be calculated just using 3D-CFD. In this study, a smart 1D-3D coupled method has been established and applied to actual vehicle development. |
