Abstract(E) | In recent years, electric vehicles such as Hybrid Electric Vehicles and Electric Vehicles have rapidly become widespread due to demands for reducing CO2 emissions and reducing fuel consumption. While it is desired to develop the HEV series in the mid-size car class for minivans and SUVs, miniaturization is required from the space for mounting the engine room. Furthermore, traction motors need to have higher torque, higher output, and higher efficiency due to demands for improved vehicle dynamic performance and lower fuel consumption.This paper reports on the production technology of a new structure stator that realizes high output and miniaturization. |
