Translation |
Abstract(E) | Prediction models for thermal flow in battery are presented. CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in 3D domain has been used for thermal design of battery packs but the simulation time is huge especially for the battery pack design with transient phenomena. LTI (Linear Time Invariant) and LPV (Linear Parameter Varying) are the methods to create the prediction model based on 3D simulations for various conditions. The response of those model is quick with high accuracy to use system design and validations. Methodology and test cases for LTI and LPV for battery thermal issues are presented in the paper. |
