Abstract(J) | 100%電動駆動ハイブリッド車の魅力の一つとなるBEVのような圧倒的な静粛性を実現するため,エンジンの音量低減だけでなく,音質を改善するための設計技術を構築した. Translation |
Abstract(E) | To achieve overwhelming quietness like BEV, which is one of the attractions of 100% electrically driven hybrid vehicles we have built a design technology to improve not only the volume of the engine noise but also the engine sound quality. The mechanism of sound quality deterioration is clarified by focusing not only on the vibration reduction due to the separation of the crankshaft and powerplant resonance frequency, but also on the node position of the crankshaft bending resonance mode and the transmission sensitivity from each crankshaft main journal to the engine mount. As a result, we clarified the important design elements and criteria for improving sound quality. |
