Abstract(J)	自動車の足回り部品であるステアリングナックルは，軽量化を目的に鋳鉄製から高強度アルミ鍛造製に置き換えられてきた．しかし，従来のアルミ鍛造プロセス（T6プロセス）は熱処理プロセスの特性上，CO₂排出量が多く，高強度化が困難という課題があった．そこで，低CO₂かつ高強度化が可能な新プロセスを開発し，量産化した． Translation
Abstract(E)	Steering knuckles, which are automotive suspension parts, have been being replaced from cast iron to forged high strength aluminum for weight reduction. However, the conventional aluminum forging process (T6 process) has issues that a large amount of CO₂ is emitted and it is difficult to increase strength, due to the characteristics of the heat treatment process. Therefore, we developed a new process that achieves low CO₂ emission and high strength, and began mass production.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
