| Abstract(E) | Modal analysis using engine operational condition data is proposed. Order tracking vibration data is used in the subspace method, taking the features of engine vibration into consideration, and the identification of modal parameters is enhanced. In the excitation test, the results are compared with the modal analysis using the transfer function, and it is confirmed that similar modes are obtained. By applying this method to actual engine vibration, the chain cover modes of diesel engine are identified, and it is confirmed that the identification of modes using order tracking vibration data is enhanced compared to using average spectrum and compared to the conventional operational deflection shape. |
