Abstract(J)	高効率高減速を達成する減速機「１枚歯ピニオンギヤ」に採用されている円弧歯形は小歯車に対して大歯車の歯厚が少なく強度に課題がある。電装モータでは大歯車は樹脂製であり今後実用化のために強度向上が必須である。本稿では１枚歯ピニオンギヤの歯形形状を変更することで高効率のまま強度向上が可能なことを確認した。 Translation
Abstract(E)	The tooth profile circular used in the reduction gear "single-tooth pinion gear" that achieves high efficiency and high speed reduction has a problem in strength because the teeth thickness of the helical gear is smaller than that of the pinion gear. In the electric component motor, the helical gear is made of resin, and it is essential to improve the strength for practical use in the future. In this paper, it was confirmed that the strength can be improved while maintaining high efficiency by changing the tooth profile of the single-tooth pinion gear.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.

The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
