Abstract(J)自動車の熱性能評価において,CFDは重要だが,計算時間の長さやコストの課題がある.本研究では,機械学習を用いたエンジンルーム内流れ及び熱交換器の通過風速を推定するサロゲートモデルを提案する.本論文では,モデル構造と独自に構築したデータセット及び計算時間と予測精度を示し,手法の有用性について述べる.

Abstract(E)To evaluate vehicle thermal and cooling performance, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations play an important role, but they are costly and time-consuming. In this study, we propose a surrogate model using machine learning to reduce the cost and time associated with CFD. This model estimates airflow in the engine room and the velocity of air passing through the heat exchanger from vehicle shape and airflow resistance of the heat exchanger. We then show the estimation accuracy and the computation time on a self-made dataset, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed method.

How to use the search box

How to use the search filters

Use the "search filters" when you want to narrow down the search results, such as when there are too many search results. If you check each item, the search results will be narrowed down to only the data that includes that item.
The number in "()" after each item is the number of data that includes that item.
