| Abstract(J) | モータのトルクリップルが歯車系に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため，一対の歯車，軸，ケースからなる歯車系の3次元マルチボディダイナミクスモデルを用いた解析と，トルクリップルを低減させるデバイスの開発および実験を行った．その結果，トルクリップル低減が歯車箱振動の低減に有効であることが示された． Translation |
| Abstract(E) | To clarify the effects of torque ripple of motor for gear system, this study developed a three-dimensional multibody dynamics model of a gear system consisting of a pair of gears, shafts, bearings, and a case. Furthermore, the device that can reduce torque ripple was developed, and experiments used the developed device was conducted. As a result, it is clarified that reducing torque ripple is effective for reducing gearbox vibration. |
